Burma

There's an extremely bad situation in Burma at the moment. You've probably seen the news footage of the Japanese journalist who was murdered in the streets.

There's a lot of bloodshed happening

Please lend your thoughts and wishes to a peaceful resolution to the problems there, with the prevalence of freedom, love and peace.

And please appreciate with me just for a moment how lucky we are to be safe, well fed, at home, far from the kind of danger and suffering that many are exposed to all over the world.

Full Moon Tonight

Tonight is a full moon in Aries. Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac, it rules the body, and rules new beginnings. Full moons signify completions, culminations and endings. So astrologically, now is a better time than ever to let go of old, unhealthy habits, and begin again, afresh and to make positive changes in your life and lifestyle.
